Corporate culture is a set of values, beliefs, and relationships between individuals and a company.
In my workplace, the objectives of our company have been stated on the board at the entrance. All the guidelines and protocols have been drafted and are under a periodical review. Our contingency plan guild decisions of the company in order to achieve our objectives.
As we are a pharmaceutical company, every step was undergone to restrict regulation. Meanwhile, my boss advocates team spirit and effective communication, he encourages the blending of tradition and contemporaneity. My corporation sooner mixed a hierarchical culture with a mutual association. A number of meetings have been encountered for continuous quality improvement, both in personnel and production.
